DECEMBER 15, 2003 MINUTES

The December 15th meeting of the LKADC was called to order at 7PM at the
Wirt County Extension Office in Elizabeth.

Larry McCallister moved to accept the previous minutes. Dan Metz seconded,
motion passed.
Larry McCallister moved to pay current bills.  Jim Morford seconded, motion
passed.

Discussion held on previous business:
Goodrich Building, Ravens Building, Micro Loan, Mustang Survival,
Aquaculture Grant, Playground Equipment

 New Business:
Alvin Engelke moved to rent office space from Wirt and Calhoun County
Commissions per previous agreement.  Jim Morford seconded, motion passed.

Alvin Engelke moved to limit county  to county solicitation of business by
the executive officer, unless board approved.  Larry McCallister seconded,
motion passed.
