Guests Present: Ken Stempowski. Ken is a Town Councilman from Elizabeth, and will be sitting in for Mayor Lew Full at LKADC meetings in the future.

Dan McDonald, President, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Minutes: June minutes were approved as mailed. Motion, Alvin Engelke; second, Lew Full.

Financials: June financials were approved, and current bills approved for payment. Motion, Dan Metz; second, David Barr.

Diane Ludwig reported on expenditures for the previous month; she also gave an update on her activities for the last month.

WEBSITE: The board was given an update on the proposed website, www.lkartisans.com . It was requested that approval be given to cover the costs of the website for one year, since the cost is modest, and it fits into the business-marketing aspect of the LKADC strategic plan. Approval was given. Motion, Lew Full; second, David Barr. If there are no problems, the first postings to the website should be up by late August.

CAMERA: At the June meeting, it was requested that staff do research regarding the purchase of a digital camera, to take pictures for the 2 websites and for use in other marketing efforts. The recommended camera is a Nikon CoolPix 885, at an approximate purchase price of $500.00 from Ritz Camera in Parkersburg. Approval was given to make the camera purchase.
