Members Present: Donnie Pitts, Dick Ullum, Jim Morford, Diane Ludwig, David Barr, Alvin Engleke, Lyle Kerby, Lention Offutt, Lewis Full.

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. A quorum was present, with proxies from Dan McDonald and Keith Wilson.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved unanimously upon motion by Dick Ullum, seconded by Alvin Engleke.

Financial report was shared.

Diane described her activities for the past month.

Lention Offutt moved, seconded by Donnie Pitts, to pay all bills dated 05/20/2002.
