The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by Dan McDonald, President.

Motion was made by Donnie Pitts; seconded by Dick Ullum; to approve minutes of the February meetings. Motion carried.

Diane reported expenditures for the last two weeks was $168.92; she also gave an update on her activities for the last two weeks.

Motion was made by Dick Ullum; seconded by Dan Metz; to approve travel and expenses for three trips: San Diego, Pittsburgh, and Morgantown.

The floor was opened for nominations for Treasurer. Alvin Engleke nominated Donnie Pitts; seconded by Dan Metz. Motion carried unanimously.

Diane presented a contract for her job. Motion was made by Donnie Pitts; seconded by Dick Ullum; to accept contract as written.

It was the general consensus of the Board to pay $500.00 month rent in each county. Meanwhile, each County Commission will put LKADC in their respective county budget for the amount of $5,000.00 per year. Motion was made by Dan Metz; seconded by Alvin Engleke; motion carried unanimously.
