The meeting was called to order by Dan McDonald at 7:00 p.m. Members present: Dan McDonald, Larry McCallister, Alvin Engelke, Dick Ullum, David Barr, Donnie Pitts, Brian Simons, Lewis Full, Jim Morford, Dan Metz, and staff, Diane Ludwig.

Alvin Engelke made a motion to accept minutes of the previous meeting; seconded by Dan Metz; motion carried unanimously.

Larry McCallister made a motion to approve the financial report; seconded by Dan Metz; motion carried unanimously.

Diane Ludwig reported on her activities for the past few months. Those include:

Dan McDonald asked about portable saw mill project.

Dick Ullum brought up the issue of controversy regarding the proposals for EMS property. Discussion followed.

Motion to adjourn was made by Alvin Engelke at 7:45 p.m. Seconded by Dick Ullum, motion carried unanimously.
