Rates apply both in – and – out of the Corporation.
Minimum bill applies to use of 0 – 2000 gallons.
Usage is billed on a sliding scale. The more water used, the less the ‘per thousand gallon’ charge.
Properties outside city limits:
Do not pay utility tax.
Do not pay fire fee.
Do not pay police fee.
